EIKI presents
the LC-XC1, a true XGA resolution LCD data/video projector. Designed for
demanding large venue applications, this projector delivers a 3000 ANSI
Lumens bright image at a 700:1 contrast ratio with 90% uniformity, at an
operating noise of only 39 dBA.
The LC-XC1 offers
a 1024x768 computer display, for true XGA/MAC19 resolution. Smart data
compression and expansion provides compatibility with inputs from SXGA
to VGA. And a 180 MHz dot clock makes it compatible with most workstations.
It offers two computer input channels, and accepts both standard HD15 and
professional 5-BNC, plus DVI digital computer input.
The LC-XC1 utilizes
video scaling technology to resize the video signal to fill the screen.
New digital video noise reduction circuitry minimizes artifacts. That,
coupled with improved progressive scan, the high contrast ratio, and 3-panel
LCD's naturally high color saturation, results in a truly breathtaking
video image.
The LC-XC1 is
compatible with NTSC, PAL, SECAM, NTSC 4.43, and PAL-M and PAL-N color
video systems, and 480i/p, 575i/p, 720p, 1035i, and 1080i (50/60) HDTV
standards. It accepts composite, S-Video, and component and digital component
video input, and displays both 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios.
With its standard
1.3:1 power zoom and focus lens, the LC-XC1 projects images up to 26.7
ft. wide over distances up to 63 ft. Optional telephoto and wideangle lenses
permit longer and shorter throws. Power lens shift contributes to optimum
projector positioning without tilt. And digital keystone elimination corrects
distortion resulting from tilting.
With a footprint
of less than 1.7 square feet, and weighing only 20.3 pounds, the LC-XC1
is equally at home in a ceiling mount or on a table top. A wireless remote
with mouse control and laser pointer is included, and RS-232 control capability
is built-in. Other features include power management, and presentation
tools such as digital zoom.
