The Adaptec DuraStor 6220SS combines two major components, the appliance that houses the RAID controller card and the enclosure that houses the drives, to form a complete external RAID storage subsystem: 

  • Adaptec DuraStor 6200SR RAID Appliance 
  • Adaptec DuraStor 312R Storage Enclosure 
Together, they combine to provide an expandable, high density enterprise-class 3U external RAID solution that is cost-effective, reducing total-cost-of-ownership (TCO) and protecting your storage investment with the ability to scale up to nearly 2.7TB. The total solution comes with everything you need including cables and provides the flexibility to use standard disk drives available in the market from our list of approved vendors. The entire subsystem, including approved drives, is backed by a superior onsite service plan and technical support.
